The EBA Foundation Gives Back
Each Year we will select 2 - 3 Caregiver recipients to donate funds to cover expenses related to Alzheimer's and Dementia for their loved one who has been newly diagnosed.. To qualify for funding the recipient must provide proof of caring for a person living with Dementia or Alzheimer's with a 1 year diagnosis. Income level less than 50,000 per year.
